Founded in 2002 by a group of forward-thinking experts, all former executives of the healthcare industry, our initial goal was to help innovative start-ups developing their business through strategic agreements and partnerships with industrial players.
BDC’s extensive international network and physical presence in Europe, Israel and USA enable and facilitate worldwide support to its clients.
Since its inception, BDC has advised more than 200 companies, and has grown into an international consulting firm. Following the expansion of its client portfolio BDC advises today a large spectrum of companies including start-ups, mid-size companies, big pharma, private and public organisations, VCs and financial institutions.

Corinne SZILAGYI
Corinne has garnered deep expertise in R&D and Project management along with Strategic Alliances identification and Business Development in the health sector. She has more than 25 years’ experience in pharma – mainly at Pfizer – and biotech, at operational and strategic levels and more than 10 years in strategical consulting in healthcare and more largely in the biotech sector. Her area of expertise includes drug candidate development (NCEs and biologics), cell and gene therapy, biomarkers, nutraceuticals and bioprocesses. She has also strong experience in change management, R&D processes harmonization, leadership of integration programs following M&A operations and leading matrix structures.
Corinne holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Sherbrooke, Canada, a MSc in Human Physiopathology from the University Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France, and an Executive MBA from the French business school HEC Paris, France. She also completed training with the French Navy on the Management and Leadership in Crisis Situations.
Farid BOUZIDI
Former Head of Business Development at AC Immune. Before, he was at Institut Pasteur and Roche. Certified in critical reading and interpretation of clinical trials for the medical practice.
Farid holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics and Biochemistry in Immunology from the French Atomic Agency and Joseph Fourier University in Grenoble, MBA from EM-Lyon, France.
Bastien LAFARGUE
Biotechnology MS degree with a dual training in science and business. Bachelor degree in Biology from University Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI). Trained at BDC since 2013, Bastien is now an experience strategic consultant and project manager with a good experience in market analysis, business development, financial, and other subjects gathered through the numerous and varied missions he worked on with BDC.

Arthur FLEURY
After two Bachelor degrees, one in Biotechnology and one in Biology and Chemistry, Arthur became a biotechnology engineer. During his training, he specialized in marketing, management of products and entrepreneurship. Through the development of a green biotech project and thanks to his experience in a junior enterprise, both as operation manager and manager, he has developed a unique sensitivity to business intelligence, business development and company creation and strategy. He now brings his vision and energy to the team.
Xiabing TISSANDIER
With a Master degree in English and American literature and civilisation from University Paris-Diderot 7, Xiabing gained work experience in an international environment by operating formerly as an office manager at Paris based English company Intellilogica. She is thoughtful, organised and multilingual (in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Chinese, French, English and learning Spanish), and helps ensure BDC function as smoothly as possible on a daily basis at the financial and administrative level, partly by working closely with our appointed accounting firm, in providing data and material support.
